Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Fundraising Wizard's website (fundraisingwizard.com), web application (app.fundraisingwizard.com), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fundraising Wizard provides a platform for schools, sports teams, booster clubs, and community organizations to run custom blanket and beach towel fundraisers. Our Service includes custom design creation, an online storefront for supporter purchases, order management tools, and campaign coordination features.
3. User Roles
The Service supports two types of users:
- Coordinators: Individuals who organize fundraisers on behalf of a school, team, or organization. Coordinators submit design requests, manage campaigns, and access the coordinator dashboard.
- Supporters: Parents, family members, and community members who purchase products through a coordinator's storefront to support the fundraiser.
4. Coordinator Obligations
As a coordinator, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your organization
- Have authorization to represent the school, team, or organization for which you are fundraising
- Use funds raised for the stated purpose of the fundraiser
- Comply with your organization's policies regarding fundraising activities
- Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Ensure that logos, images, and artwork you upload do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Coordinator Uploads
You may import only contact information for adults (parents, guardians, and other supporters) that you are authorized to use for your fundraiser. You agree not to upload student rosters or student personal information of any kind. We may remove data that appears to violate this section.
5. Orders and Payments
Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the storefront and during the order process. Prices include the wholesale cost and the fundraiser's profit margin, which is set by the coordinator. Shipping is free on all orders.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. A small processing fee may be added at checkout to cover payment processing costs. Coordinators paying by bank transfer (ACH debit) are charged a flat $5.00 processing fee, shown before payment.
Coordinator Payments (Bulk Orders)
Coordinators placing bulk orders sign a contract specifying the wholesale cost, payment method, and delivery terms. Payment is due according to the terms of the signed contract.
Bank Transfer (ACH)
Where offered, a coordinator may pay a bulk order by bank transfer (ACH debit) from the organization's bank account after signing. A bank transfer is not complete when it is started: funds take about 2 business days to clear, and production begins only when they do. A transfer that fails, is returned or is cancelled while it is processing places the order on hold; no charge is made and the coordinator may pay by card or purchase order instead. A transfer that is disputed or returned after production has begun is treated as an unpaid order under the signed contract. By starting a bank transfer you authorize a one-time debit for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax and the flat processing fee.
Sales Tax
Where required by law, Fundraising Wizard calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax on purchases made through the platform, acting as the retailer or marketplace facilitator for those transactions. Any tax due is shown as a separate line at checkout, based on the purchaser's location and the product. Tax amounts collected are remitted to the taxing authority by Fundraising Wizard. They are never part of an organization's fundraising proceeds, and participating organizations do not need to register, collect, or file for sales made through the platform.
The absence of a tax charge at checkout does not mean a transaction is exempt from tax. Organizations that believe their sales qualify for a tax exemption (for example, a verified 501(c)(3) organization in a state that excludes its sales) may submit documentation for review through their dashboard; exemptions apply only after Fundraising Wizard approves the documentation. Labels such as "nonprofit," "PTO," "school," or "booster club" do not by themselves establish an exemption. Organizations are solely responsible for taxes on sales they make outside the platform, including cash or check sales collected in person.
6. Products and Designs
Custom Designs
We create custom designs based on your specifications (organization name, colors, mascot, logo). Designs are provided for your review and approval before production. You may request revisions during the review process.
Design Ownership
Custom designs created by Fundraising Wizard for your organization are licensed to you for use with your fundraiser. You retain ownership of any logos or artwork you provide. We retain the right to use completed designs in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of our products. All blankets and towels are made to high quality standards. If you receive a product with a manufacturing or physical defect, or one damaged in shipping, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will replace it or refund it at our discretion.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped after the campaign ends or when the coordinator approves production. Standard blanket production takes 6 to 8 weeks from design approval; beach and rally towels take 2 to 3 weeks; rush production on bulk Signature blanket orders is 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping is free on all orders. We will provide tracking information when your order ships.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Before Production
A bulk order may be cancelled within 24 hours of signing the order agreement without penalty. After 24 hours, or once a production order has been placed with our manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is issued. A pre-sale campaign may be cancelled until its production order is placed.
When a pre-sale campaign is cancelled, or does not reach its minimum by its end date, each supporter is refunded the purchase price of their products. Stripe, the card processor, retains its processing fee on a refunded payment; Fundraising Wizard never receives or retains that fee. Donations made to the organization are not refunded.
After Production
Once products are in production, orders cannot be cancelled and custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund it at our discretion.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used. Card refunds usually appear within a few business days; bank transfer (ACH) refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in the originating account. A refund of a bank transfer that has not yet cleared is issued once the transfer settles.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Our Refund and Return Policy states these terms in one place.
9. Intellectual Property
The Fundraising Wizard name, logo, website design, and application are the intellectual property of Fundraising Wizard. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform, code, or branding without written permission. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload (logos, images, text) does not infringe on any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundraising Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific fundraising results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control including campaign promotion, community size, and product pricing.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our business. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination and fulfill any outstanding orders.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
